Global PR agency has an opening for a Senior Planner to work alongside a collaborative and eclectic bunch of people with wide-ranging backgrounds in creative strategy, design, research and PR strategy. You’ll play a central role in rallying internal and external partners around integrated plans and act as the connective tissue between the client’s business strategy and their creative ideas.
Supported by two planners, you’ll embed yourself in their PR teams (Brand, Tech, Healthcare and Corporate) to promote understanding of the Planning discipline and how it can elevate the creative and strategic output across the agency.
The fast-paced nature of PR means that you will have to juggle longer deep-dives with ‘quick and dirty’ turnarounds – a flexible and approachable personality will be key. To support this, you’ll have all the benefits that come with being a member of APG and access to a range of tools, including Mintel, Brandwatch and GWI.
- Experience of strategic planning at senior level within a PR or Integrated Marketing agency, spanning disciplines such as comms planning, research & ethnography, or digital/social.
- The ability to adapt to needs and deliver fast-turnarounds on smaller projects
- You’ll have a track record of building trust and influence with internal and external stakeholders and be a natural networker, able to seamlessly promote collaboration and overall high-performance.
- A strong team lead looking to play a key role in your team’s development and be an advocate of their learning and development.
